What the connector does

The Thomas Cook connector lets Claude search Thomas Cook package holidays (flight + hotel) on thomascook.com with live prices and availability, suggest destinations when you have not decided where to go, and list the destination countries and regions. Holidays depart from UK airports and prices are in GBP.

It has four tools, all read-only:

search_packages – searches package holidays to one destination country, with filters for dates, nights, travellers, UK departure airport, price, hotel stars, board and region, and sorting by popularity, price, rating or stars. Each result has a link to the holiday on thomascook.com.
search_inspirations – suggests destinations for a short description of what you are looking for, with an indicative price per person.
get_countries – lists the destination countries available for package search.
get_regions – lists the regions and resorts of a destination country, used to narrow a search.

How to add it in Claude

In Claude open Customize → Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector, enter the name Thomas Cook and the URL https://mcp.esky.com/claude-tc, and save.
No sign-in or account is needed.

Once the connector is listed in the Claude connector directory, you can also add it from there by searching for “Thomas Cook”.

Tools in detail

All four tools only read data. Claude chooses and calls them for you; you do not need to know their names or parameters.

`get_countries`	Nothing.	The destination countries available, each with a name and a two-letter country code (for example `ES` for Spain, `GR` for Greece, `TR` for Turkey).
`get_regions`	A destination country code.	The regions and resorts of that country with their codes, used to narrow a search to one area.
`search_inspirations`	A short description of what you want, for example “sunny beach holiday in June, 2 adults and a child, under 6000 GBP”.	Destination ideas with an indicative price per person, the reason each one matches, and the country code to search next.
`search_packages`	A destination country code (required). Optional: dates, number of nights, adults and children's ages, departure airport, price range, hotel stars, board (breakfast, half board, full board, all inclusive, room only), region, sorting.	Matching holiday packages (flight + hotel) with live prices, and a link to each one on thomascook.com. Without optional filters it looks at departures in the next two months, 7 nights, 2 adults.

The connector is read-only: it never creates a booking, never takes a payment and never changes anything on your account.

Market and currency

This connector serves the UK market: departures from UK airports, prices in GBP. Prices are shown in GBP and links open the offer on thomascook.com. Departures from airports outside the UK are not offered by this connector.

Booking and payment

Booking and payment happen only on the thomascook.com website. Each holiday found by Claude has a link that opens it on thomascook.com, where you review the details and book. Claude does not make bookings or payments through this connector.

Troubleshooting

No results. Try a wider date window, a different number of nights, fewer filters (price, stars, board) or a nearby region. When a search is empty, the connector tells Claude which filter caused it and suggests searches that do have offers.
“Not a destination of this site” or a country code error. Ask Claude to list the destination countries first (get_countries); only those countries can be searched, and a region code only works together with its own country.
Departure airport not available. Only UK airports are offered. Name a UK airport (for example MAN, LGW, BHX) or leave the airport out to search all of them.
Destination ideas feel slow. search_inspirations compares many destinations and can take a few seconds longer than a normal search. If it times out, ask again with a shorter, simpler description, or name a country and use a package search.
The connector does not appear in Claude. Check that it is enabled in Customize → Connectors and that the URL is exactly https://mcp.esky.com/claude-tc.

Data and privacy

No account and no sign-in are needed.
The server receives only the search parameters Claude sends to the tools (destination, dates, travellers, filters, or the short description for destination ideas).
These requests are logged together with technical data to operate and improve the service. Logs are kept for a limited period according to the operator's retention policy.
The tools do not ask for names, contact details or payment data.
